Verwood Road Evangelical Chapel is a charitable incorporated organisation (CIO), registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales (Registered Charity Number 1190160).

The CIO was formed in 2020, and went live from July 2021.

The elders of the church are also the charity trustees - there are no trustees who are not also elders.  We believe this is in line with the Bible's teaching on church leadership, and it makes the elders/trustees accountable to the church membership.
